One VLAN isn't getting DHCP addresses

Central DHCP server 10.0.0.10 leases addresses to every VLAN. VLAN 10 hosts are fine, but VLAN 20 hosts end up on APIPA (169.254.x). You're on R1, the router-on-a-stick gateway. Compare the VLAN 20 subinterface to VLAN 10 — one piece is missing.
