Network Access Fix ~5 min

VLAN 20 has no connectivity off its subnet

R1 is running router-on-a-stick. VLAN 10 hosts route fine; VLAN 20 hosts can't get past their own subnet. The Gi0/0.20 subinterface already has an IP address — but something else is missing that the working VLAN 10 subinterface has. Investigate and fix.
