Area 1 never talks to the backbone

R1 is the ABR. Its backbone link Gi0/0 (area 0, to R2) is FULL. The area-1 link Gi0/1 (to R3) never becomes a neighbor — R1 accidentally advertised the LAN in area 2, but R3 expects area 1. Fix the area mismatch — two valid ways.
