Add a static route

Router R1 already has Gi0/0 = 10.0.0.1/24 up. There's a remote network 10.5.0.0/24 reachable via next-hop 10.0.0.2. Install the static route and confirm it landed in the RIB with show ip route static — the new filtered view.
