Branch-2's LAN is unreachable — static route missing

HQ router has a static route to Branch-2's LAN 10.2.0.0/24 via 10.0.0.6 in the running-config, but it's missing from show ip route. The exit interface Gi0/1 toward the next-hop is administratively down — so the static won't install. Diagnose and recover.
